Three-story new construction townhouse

2018

Our clients asked us to furnish a recently built three story town house in one of Philadelphia's most popular neighborhoods. Though they did not envision this being their "forever home," they wanted to invest in a collection of furniture and furnishings they could enjoy for many years, that would work well in this home but be versatile enough to move with them to their next. The main living space was an open plan, with the kitchen, dining, and living areas all part of one great room. We worked with our clients to create furniture floor plans that optimized the square footage and selected pieces, art, lighting, and objects that felt harmonious in this conjoined space.
