Clients for whom we completed an Upper West Side NYC apartment several years prior approached us about updating their newly acquired Duchess County weekend house. After two pipes burst in the dead of winter — a mere few weeks after our clients took possession — the project scope expanded significantly. After completely reconfiguring the first floor layout, gutting and renovating the kitchen, adding a butler's pantry and mudroom, and kitting out this four bedroom country house from top to bottom, our clients finally were able to enjoy their weekend getaway.
